Flinders Ranges - on the top of the hollow.

This picture has been done in Flinders Ranges not far from Port Augusta, where I together with Catherine & Janette did some two half-day tracks to the top of the huge natural hollow basin with diameter of about 10-15 kms. There was an ancient farmhouse called Homestead, inhabitants of which enjoyed great success in raising sheep. They raised so many sheep in the end, that they destroyed all green grass in the hollow basin. And that was the end of farmhouse...
