Feeding birds on Magnetic Island. It takes place daily at 5pm on the opposite side of the island as harbor is. Anyone may come for free. If you do not mind 5 birds sitting on your head (put a cap over). There were plenty of them - as many as sparrows in the western cities. We have been provided with pieces of soaked bread, which that greedy birds took for own - they suddenly started fly down from each side. Funny experience. Apropos - locales call them just birds, they are not parrots. Pretty Boy was a parrot.
